In addition to carrying some of the most sought after luggage collections, we are also a RIMOWA and BRIC’S authorized repair center in New York City – and beyond – because, no matter where you are located, you can send us your damaged luggage to be fixed and we’ll ship it right back to you as soon the repair is done. We fix just about any type of damages, from small scratches, to major luggage frame issues and anything else in between.

Just like our sales reps, all our in-house technicians are highly trained professionals. Yes, we think that it is important for you to know that we do all the repairs on our premises and we use only brand new replacement parts that come solely from the original manufacturer.
